Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GraniteFreight Dispatch website, the GraniteFreight Dispatch University training portal, and the GraniteFreightLoadboard connection service (collectively, the "Services"), operated by GraniteFreight Technologies ("GraniteFreight", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Preview notice

Parts of the Services are currently presented as a preview of the planned 2027 release. Checkout flows shown in the preview do not process real payments and no charge is made. When live payment activation is enabled, these Terms will be updated and pricing, billing cycles and refund conditions will be shown at checkout before any charge.

3. Accounts and eligibility

Access to the Dispatch University portal and the GraniteFreightLoadboard may require enrollment, a valid Student ID or an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase any plan.

4. Plans, pricing and billing

• Dispatch course / dispatcher plan: $37 per month per subscriber, billed monthly.
• Dispatch service plan: $1,200 per month per truck, billed monthly. 100% of the freight revenue belongs to the driver or owner-operator; GraniteFreight charges only the stated monthly fee.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change with prior notice. Until live payments are activated, submitted payment details are used for demonstration only.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting to access other users' data, reselling course materials, scraping or overloading the load board, or using the Services for any unlawful freight activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Course content and certification

Course lessons, videos and certificates are provided for educational purposes and remain the intellectual property of GraniteFreight Technologies. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment or income, and does not replace any licensing or registration required by federal or state authorities (e.g. MC/USDOT authority, broker or carrier filings).

7. AI agent and communications

Where enabled, the GraniteFreight AI dispatch agent may draft emails, place or join calls, and negotiate loads on your behalf according to the instructions you set. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming anything the agent sends or agrees on your behalf. AI output can contain errors and must not be treated as legal, financial or regulatory advice.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GraniteFreight is not liable for lost loads, lost profits, detention time, cargo claims or indirect damages arising from use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.
