1. Who we are

GraniteFreight Technologies ("GraniteFreight", "we", "us") operates the GraniteFreight Dispatch website, the GraniteFreight Dispatch University training portal and the GraniteFreightLoadboard connection service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

Account and enrollment data — name, email, Student ID and plan selection when you enroll or connect to the load board.
Payment data — during the preview phase, payment fields are demonstration only and are not stored or transmitted. When live payments are activated, card details will be handled exclusively by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
Learning activity — lesson progress, quiz results and certificate status within the University portal.
Usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and general location derived from IP address.
Communications — emails you send us, and, where you enable the AI dispatch agent, the instructions and correspondence it handles on your behalf.

3. How we use your information

Provide the Services: courses, load board access, dispatch support.
Process enrollments and, once activated, payments and billing.
Track course progress and issue certificates.
Respond to support requests sent to info@granitefreightdispatch.com.
Improve the Services and understand how they are used.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, email delivery, and — after activation — payment processing), with your consent, or where required by law. AI features may process message content through our AI provider solely to complete the task you requested.

5. Data retention and security

We keep account and learning records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and operational purposes. We apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls and row-level security on stored data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information continuously.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Residents of certain jurisdictions (including the EEA, UK and several U.S. states) have additional rights under local law. To exercise any right, email info@granitefreightdispatch.com.

7. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
